120 Morton was designed and built in 1952 by San Antonio architect Charles Dawson as his family home. The wood floors were brought to their natural tiger white oak flooring beauty. To create a cohesive indoor to outdoor connection, a doorway was added and an outside staircase to tie the inside main floor to the newly created grill area. Besides the grill, this area has a TV connection, big fan for air movement and roof area. A screened in porch area was added outside the lower-level master bedroom. A new fountain was created/added by the front door. Behind the this home, is a two car garage with an art room/ extra room and a garage office.
