CONSULTATION

Meet with me (we can meet in person for coffee, chat via FaceTime, Zoom or phone call). We will get to know each other and chat about your goals, wants vs. needs and timeline. Depending on your timeline, we will also discuss the mortgage pre-approval process and get you setup with a local lender for the start of that process.

HOME SEARCH & SHOWINGS

This is the FUN part! I will setup an automated home search for you that will notify you when matching homes hit the market, based on the most recent MLS data. When you see a home that meets your criteria, we can set up a showing right away to go see in person! (If you are searching from out of town, I can show it to you via FaceTime or Zoom.)

UNDER CONTRACT

Once our offer has been accepted by a seller, there is typically an option period to get inspections done. Then, during the financing period, lender will have appraisal and underwriting completed for final approval (usually about 30 days) and the title company will work on getting a title commitment and documents ready for closing day!

CLOSING DAY

This is the BEST day! Whether you are buying your first home, or buying your seventh investment property…closing day is SO exciting!
